The Rooms

We have four guest rooms, one on the main level and three upstairs. All of our rooms have queen beds and private baths.

The Garden Room:
Main Level

On the main floor, The Garden Room features a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower and a sitting area with a table and rocking chair.
Rate: $159 per night.

The Yamhill-Carlton Suite:
Upper Level

Our largest room, the Yamhill-Carlton suite, has a sitting room with a daybed that is suitable for an additional guest. The private bath with large shower is accessible through either the sitting room or the hallway.
Rate: $179 per night., double occupancy.

The Dundee Hills Room:
Upper Level

The Dundee Hills room features a beautiful wooden sleigh bed, refinished fir floor, and warm glow of the late afternoon sun. It has a private bath with a shower.
Rate: $159 per night.

The Eola Hills Room:
Upper Level

The cozy Eola Hills room has its spacious private bath featuring shower and tub across the hallway.
Rate: $149 per night.

The Living Areas

All the common rooms in the Inn are open to all our guests - we welcome you to make yourself at home in our living room with a nice book, to sit on our back porch and enjoy tea or coffee, and to get to know us and the other guests while sitting around the table enjoying your gourmet breakfast.

The Living Room includes a sitting area with fireplace and an adjoining entertainment area featuring Cable TV. We have high-speed Internet with free WiFi and phone in the common area for our guests.
