Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a deposit of one night’s room charge and tax. The final bill will be settled during check-out.
Cancellations require 7 day notice prior to date of arrival for refund. If cancellation is within 7 days and we cannot fill the room you will be responsible for all room charges. Multiple room reservations of 3 or more require 30 day cancellation notice.
Cash, Check, and Credit Cards are accepted.

Additional Policies
Dog friendly on a case per case basis; pet must be social and safe with other guests. There is a fenced backyard area. Please call in advance to make arrangements, as there are times when pets can not be accommodated. There is an additional charge, and guest are responsible for cleanup and care of their pet(s).
Children over 6 are welcome, but please let me know when making your reservation. In some circumstances I may be able to accommodate younger children. Please call to inquire.
The Carlton Inn and grounds are non-smoking. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $250 should you disregard this policy.

Check-Out by 11:00 AM

Early or late check-in may be possible with advance notice. While I live here, I also have errands to run and occasional evening plans.
